So I decided to post about Canons and Nikons. Personally, I think they are both really good cameras, and the quality of pictures is about the same. I like Canons because my sister and I both have them, as do most of my friends, and we can share lenses. But even though I use Canons, I still appreciate the pictures from people that use Nikons. And it's not the camera that makes the difference, it's the photographer.

International Supper 2011
We had our annual International Supper a few weeks ago! The food was delicious, the booths were well-decorated, and we had the biggest turnout yet - 300 people! They were all blessed by the music that the orchestra and choir played afterwards, and it was even written about in the Lytton Express, a local newspaper. The students and staff were happy to see all of their hard work pay off.
Here are some snapshots:
The Canadians had some delicious pie :)
These apple fritters at the Southern USA booth were really, really good :)
The remains of the Canadian booth.
This is my friend Sam playing the violin afterwards (believe it or not, she actually doesn't play violin - she is the first clarinet and is very, very much an essential part of our woodwind section :)

Junior-Senior Campout
Junior-Senior Campout was my favorite campout last year. It was amazing to be out on the lake again, and to have a chance to bond with the seniors. Between the amazing food, the inspiring worships (given by seniors, of course), and the "s'mores," we all had an amazing time. I really appreciated all that they did to make the campout special for us, and I am really missing them all. A lot. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the weekend!
